DINNERI had to work later than usual today and didn't arrive home until 7:30pm. We ended up having the leftovers from last night. It was a new internet recipe for one of my favorite Vietnamese soups (banh canh cua) which has seafood and pork in it. I have to say that I liked my original recipe much MUCH more. While it didn't taste like what I'm use to, I was glad to not have to worry about having to prepare dinner after a long day at work.
For "dessert" I went with my tried and true...AB&J: Mara Natha almond butter and Crofter's superfruit jelly sans the ground flax.
