LUNCH
Today was so stressful. Work was busy which is such a great thing but I barely had time to breathe let alone eat. I think a lot of my indigestion is due to how fast I take in food. It seems at every meal I inhale my food rather than take time to enjoy it. It's such a bad habit and causes so many digestive problems but I can't help it. Errr...well I probably can help it, I just don't know I'm doing it until I look around and I'm the first one to finish eating...every time!
Well for lunch today I inhaled some ginger chicken and Chinese greens. While it was good, I think I finished that whole bowl in a minute and a half. No joke.
