Just getting by



LUNCH

Hello Friends!

In my earlier post I shared that I wasn’t able to get my lazy butt of out bed this morning to go to my workout. I already missed 4 days last week and I’m at a -1 for this week. I feel like such a bum! I think that in order to get back into the swing of things I’m going to have to refocus and push harder. I just got through talking to my friend Rene who’s my hairstylist as well as a kickboxing instructor, awesome right? We have a date tomorrow night to get my hair did and then hit the gym so she can introduce me to kickboxing and plyometrics. She told me that I can skip my morning workout and just see her tomorrow night, I’m almost positive that she’s going to make me cry….lol Have any of you tried kickboxing? How do you like it? I'm a little nervous but very excited to try something more challenging. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

Lunch today was a bit mundane. I just had some stir fry beef and veggies and no snacks :( I forgot to grab an apple before I left. I <3 apples! That reminds me, I need to stop by Sunflower market tonight to pick up some avocado and Chobani yogurt and apples, of course!
