DINNER
What an eventful day. We were all pretty beat from the festivities so when we got home the three of us took a much needed power nap. I ended up waking at around 6pm just in time to throw together dinner and to watch the start of the Academy Awards. I made a quick mushroom and saffron risotto and Newton sauteed us some spinach with garlic and lemon and we all ate and watched the Oscars. Nothing fancy but it did the job. On a side note, I hope I can fall asleep tonight after such a late afternoon nap...It's back to work and my early mornings tomorrow.
