Green brunch...for St. Patty's day?

Hey there stranger. Is it just me or has this week just flown by? It's already Friday and I only have one more day of work before I'm officially on break. I'm so excited to be able to relax for a few days.

For today's post I combined breakfast and lunch because I had the same thing for both. Now before you get grossed out let me tell you that it tastes better than it looks and sounds. Actually pretty refreshing. I had a green smoothie, in honor of St. Patty's day. No really for St. Patty's day but it WAS green.

In the blend:
  • 2 cups of spinach

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/3 cups of coconut milk

  • 6oz. Chobani plain 2%
